Product Information

Here, you'll get a glimpse into the specialty materials we use. It's important to note that these materials are sourced from third-party suppliers after thorough research. If we don't approve, we don't offer it for sale!

With that in mind, our aim is to produce long-lasting products, and this can be achieved by understanding your product and following the right care instructions.

Genuine Leather

Real leather, often referred to as 'genuine leather,' is a by-product. We meticulously and personally oversee the procurement of all leather materials to guarantee the highest quality.

Our Genuine Leather is vegetable-tanned leather. It is a type of leather that undergoes tanning using natural tannins derived from trees. These natural tannins bind with the protein structures in the leather hide, providing stability to its fiber structure and preventing decay. It is more environmentally friendly and does not require any toxic chemicals.

Leather patches distinguish themselves from common fabrics due to their delicate nature. When washing clothing that includes leather patches, it's advisable to do so by hand. Use tepid water (moderately warm/lukewarm) for the wash, followed by thorough rinsing, and gently roll the item in a towel or dab the item to ensure complete water removal. When machine-washing, opt for a delicate cycle with a small load, then lay flat to dry, as using a dryer may cause leather to stiffen or potentially separate from garment.

Please be aware that leather products, even when sealed, may darken (age) over time due to prolonged exposure to UV rays.

Acrylic

Acrylic is a versatile plastic material with a wide range of applications and advantages. It's available in an array of colours and opacities.

While acrylic is tough and durable, it can be susceptible to scratching. It's essential to handle fine-cut acrylics with care, as they may be more fragile and prone to damage.

To clean your acrylic product, gently wipe it with water using a microfiber cloth or a paper towel. Avoid using chemicals on acrylic, as they may alter the surface or colour.

If you need to sanitize your earrings, exercise caution by using a cotton ball lightly soaked in alcohol. Wipe only the findings (component that goes into piercing).
